  • Supplier-Initiated Changes: Occasionally, third-party suppliers may make changes to your booking. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or refunds as applicable.

We act as an agent or intermediary for third-party travel providers. When you book a service through us, your contract may be with that third party, and their terms and conditions will apply.

  1. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all travellers have valid passports, visas, and travel documentation.
  • Checking entry and vaccination requirements for your destination(s).
  • Complying with health and safety guidelines before and during travel.

We do not accept responsibility for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

  1. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.

It is your responsibility to ensure your policy is adequate for your needs.
